Colon cleansing has become increasingly popular as many people have seen pictures on the Internet of large amounts of filth being released from bodies with colon cleansing.

If you haven’t see these pictures for yourself, companies offering colon cleansing products often have these images for your viewing pleasure.

But are those images for real? Truthfully, I can tell you that I’ve seen enormous amounts of crud come out of my own body with colon cleansing. Mine wasn’t necessarily several feet long, as you might see in some of the photos but, nonetheless, it was there.

And while I have used some herbal colon cleanser products - the most effective way I’ve found for the massive removal of this filth was with methods that physically remove the waste including colonics and at-home enemas - as opposed to store bought colon cleanser products.

However, if you combine colon cleanser products with colonics or enemas - I’ve found it does twice the work.

One thing that you do need to know if you are using colon cleansers or doing colon cleansing is that you’ll always need to replenish the healthy bacteria in your colon afterward. These healthy bacteria, called probiotics, can be washed away with the filth you remove while colon cleansing, but because these healthy bacteria form the basis of our immune system, it’s extremely important that they are conscientiously replaced.

Colon cleansing might be a new concept for many, but in reality, colon cleansing has been around for years. For at least a hundred years, many naturally oriented doctors have been saying that all disease begins in the colon, and these doctors have had great success removing disease from the body, by removing this filth with deep colon cleansing. But even further back, in The Gospel of Peace, Jesus was recorded giving colon cleansing instructions through enemas. So, while it may be new to you, rest assured that colon cleansing is not new at all. It’s at least two thousand years old and it was recommended by the one many people today consider to be their lord and savior. How’s that for a referral?
